Adrianna Parsons, stuck in community service for a day, or so she thinks, when her judge-induced sentence is elongated and requires for her to stay at the Shady Springs Mental Health Institution, she meets 5 other patients all dealing with their own demons. But when things take a turn for the worse and one of the solitary isolated patients escape from his cell, no one is safe. Adrianna and the group of 5 now have to defeat their inner demons before the personified one does. Who will survive? Who will die? Will they succumb to their darkest thoughts or the terror they have to endure? Because in the end we're all insane here.

Love. War. Lies. Nothing stays buried. Emersyn escaped once. But freedom comes with scars, and the past has a way of bleeding through the cracks. As secrets unravel and loyalties fracture, she's forced to decide who she can trust in a world built on betrayal. When it comes down to him or her, survival or sacrifice, she knows one thing: She's not making the wrong choice this time. * "Then help me understand." The room tilts. There's an inch between us that feels like a cliff edge, almost like one wrong step will send us both over. "I hate you," I whisper, the words tasting like blood and truth. His jaw tightens, and his eyes drag over my face like he's memorizing every line, every crack I swore I'd never let him see. The silence stretches thin; my pulse is hammering so loud it drowns out the world. "Good," he mutters finally, voice rough. **** Started: 1/14/2025 Ended: TBD **** (Cover credit @antiheroics16)
