The Last Note

In the quiet halls of Seoul General Hospital, twenty year old Dr. Kim Woonhak meets his most unforgettable patient: Lee Sanghyeok, better known as Riwoo-a twenty-three year old pianist with music in his soul and cancer in his lungs.

What begins as routine care becomes something deeper, softer, and impossible to untangle. As Riwoo's body slowly fades, Woonhak finds himself falling for the boy who speaks in sarcasm, composes in silence, and teaches him that time doesn't measure love-moments do.

Together, they find comfort in music, courage in each other, and tenderness in the face of the inevitable. But love cannot stop death-it can only make the goodbye beautiful.
