A group of running athletes wake up as Uma Musume after a wild party, and being unfamiliar with this world and using this life's memories they decided to become a free style running team together, and them looking like other famous Uma Musume but with different coloring and names and trying to avoid them definitely has nothing to do with it.

One second that is all it takes to know something is wrong. It is that one second that the heart stops beating and the mind goes into a state of panic! What happened, you might ask?
