Han Jisung, an artist at the Thorns of Red tattoo parlor in Tokyo, has always been known as an arrogant asshole who does only what he thinks is right, even if it's wrong.
Lee Minho, a secret agent who is quite serious about his job stumbles upon the tattoo parlor and sees what's underneath.
Their paths seemingly cross when Minho comes into the parlor asking for a tattoo to investigate what's really going on.
What he didn't know is that the guy doing his tattoo, had met him before. Many, many times.
