Heya my story i wrote for fun heres the first part I sway gently on the swing hanging from the sturdy branch of an old tree near the manor, I tend to find solace in the mesmerizing chaos of the thunderstorm. The air is thick with the scent of damp earth, and each gust of wind pushes me slightly higher, filling me with a thrilling mix of exhilaration and tranquility. Raindrops patter rhythmically against the leaves above, creating a soothing melody that drowns out my worries. Dark clouds swirl ominously overhead, their flashes of lightning illuminating the landscape in brief bursts of brilliance. The cool breeze brushes against my skin, and for a moment, I feel as though I am one with the storm, embraced by nature's untamed beauty. Until the rain is falling upward, the sky is cracked open like glass, beautiful and crystallized bleeding lightning, and somewhere in the storm, a voice is calling my name. "Vuk~" Not shouting. Whispering. Familiar. Ugh, this dream again I was standing in the ruins of the estate of the Tempestrix family. The walls are crumbling, vines of black clouds twisting through the broken windows. Thunder rumbles in a circle around me, but the sky above is frozen still. There's a mirror standing in the middle of the hall. It shouldn't be there. I walk toward it, drawn by something deeper than curiosity. My reflection doesn't match. It's older. Weathered. Eyes glowing faint blue. The reflection moves before I do, reaching out to the glass and pressing his hand against it. Then the reflection speaks without sound. Just one word: "Return." But before I can answer, the alarm rings out loudly, its piercing tones slicing through the morning hush like a siren, yanking me awake and breaking the peace of the room.

What am I

**Warning: Story contains a bit of smut & its fair share of bad language** ˜She sat there looking at her hands, a frown tugging at her brows as she thought about what to say next. There are things in this world I wish didn't exist ¦myself included. I was just about to ask her what she meant by that when a loud crackling sounded from under her shirt. Her shoulders pulled back and rounded as if trying to break away from the rest of her body. "Harry, move back!" Her pain filled scream echoed throughout the small room. I did as I was told just in time to see her skin begin to redden and shake. I looked into her eyes...they...they were glowing. How can you tell the truth from a lie? How do you know who you can trust? What would you do to keep yourself safe? What would you give up to keep those you love safe? Safe from the creature after you but also...safe from you. ©2013 R.K.
