We met over a broken pencil and a sharpener. Two quiet kids sitting by the window, drawing dreams on lined paper. She was my first best friend. My inspiration. My world. We promised we'd never drift apart. But time changed us. New classes, new friends... and eventually, silence. Still, I waited. Through every faded hello and every moment I felt invisible, I stayed-hoping she'd turn back. Hoping I still mattered. This is based on my childhood memories i spent with her and how did we became untouched even when we faced each other everyday but still not a word. A story of memories, growing up, and holding on to the past a little too long. How long should I hold on the Thread... I don't want to let go...

Hi all, this is my first official post of a book I wrote years ago! I hope you all enjoy as I was a teen using a pen and paper to express myself. So sorry for any mistakes and typos ! ******8 Time doesn't heal all. No matter how long. The seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, years...only equal up to more pain. Time never offers a cure; it gives you all it can. Time. Time to remember. Time to relive. Time to feel every little thing it couldn't erase." Ethan- "Replaying an experience is like reliving it. Every word invites a memory. Every memory invokes a feeling, an emotion. It's impossible to say which hurts more. The first time is unexpected. The second time around you think you'll be ready for it...nothing changes. Everything you felt hits you harder." ********
