Seraphina "Sera" Rogers, Steve Rogers' long-lost sister, was discovered during the Fall of HYDRA and SHIELD. But she wasn't there as his sister, she was there as his attacker. Rebecca Barnes: Another Winter Soldier
Rebecca "Becky" Barnes is the younger sister of James "Bucky" Barnes. When their parents died, she and her brother got separated, and Becky was sent off to boarding school. Or at least that's what Bucky thought happened to her. One day, 6 months after the events of The Falcon And The Winter Soldier, Rebecca assassinates a U.S Senator under the control of HYDRA; which was thought to be destroyed during the events of Captain America: The Winter Soldier, and causes immense havoc in society.
