Access to light, clean bedding, or a warm meal was considered a privilege within the structures of Hydra. A glimpse of these comforts could only be granted to a soldier who followed orders. Peter was not one of them. With his thin limbs, the malnourished twelve-year-old was on the brink of death from exhaustion and starvation. It seemed that his days were numbered, and he himself longed for death. At least, that's what he believed-until a threat from the outside emerged, the one his superiors had warned him about: the Avengers.

Yet for some unclear reason, this group wanted to save him. Especially Tony Stark, the Merchant of Death, saw something in him that Peter himself could not see. For reasons unknown to Peter, Stark wanted to take care of him and show him that the world still had much to offer.

Or find himself in a vicious battle for survival? (Set after Falcon and the Winter Soldier). Rated mature due to violent descriptions, mentions of flashbacks and PTSD. If you love action, adventure, found family tropes, healing from trauma and sarcasm- this story is for you! Please give this story a go- I really need feedback as I am writing this for my friend for her birthday and need to know if it sucks or not! lol! Help!!! (Cover not mine) (Marvel characters- please don't copyright me😭) ******* "Who are you?" "I'm the one who has been sent to kill you." He watched as their expressions morphed from surprise, uneasiness then back to a controlled neutrality. He knew he'd given away his directive, but perhaps now they would be more cautious or overestimate him. Whatever they did, he'd now given them doubt, which would work in his advantage. "You've been sent to kill HIM?" Questioned Wilson, amusement playing on his lips. "Him. And you." He kept calm, matching their stares with his own. "Oh, well that's good to know." Wilson muttered as Barnes drew breath. "So why are we still alive?" Barnes' eyes looked straight through him, "If I know Hydra- and I think I do, we should be dead. So, why are we still here?"

Silent Resilience- MCU

33 bölüm Tamamlanmış Hikaye

Rebecca had never known freedom. Taken by Hydra as a child, she was molded into something they could use-until she escaped. Found by Clint Barton and brought to the Avengers Tower, she was given something she never expected: safety, a home, and people who genuinely cared. But adjusting wasn't easy. Silence had been her shield for so long that speaking felt impossible. Through small steps and unwavering patience, the Avengers became her family-Clint, Natasha, Wanda, Tony, and the others each helping her heal in their own way. School was another challenge, but with new friends like Peter, Ned, and MJ, she began to find her place. Just when she started to feel safe, Hydra came for her again, dragging her back into the nightmare she had barely escaped. Rescued just in time, Rebecca had to rebuild herself once more. This time, she wasn't alone. And when Clint and Laura Barton made the choice to adopt her, giving her a real family, she knew she finally belonged. Moving to the Barton farm was a fresh start-one filled with love, laughter, and healing. Her past would always be a part of her, but it no longer defined her. Rebecca wasn't just surviving anymore. She was living. disclaimer: I do not own the MCU. I only own Rebecca and her storyline.
