Following a bizarre dream, Hazel throws caution to the wind and gets on a chartered jet to Dublin, Ireland. This lone wolf has no idea what the Moon Goddess has in store for her.
Darius, a sea dragon shifter, has lived for thousands of years on this island. Like the other inhabitants, he never ages or becomes sick; he watches the sea and lives an idyllic lifestyle.
What happens when someone tasks Darius with watching over the new wolf shifter?
And why was she sent by the goddess to Tir na nOg?

They took over cities, turned the strongest of the humans, and wiped out the weak human race. The cities are no longer used, they were just left for grass to engulf the worthless buildings. She makes the choice to hide. To turn Rouge. She runs, fights, and stays alive. Until one day she decides to return to the city, one of the most unsafe places there are. I've lived alone for eight and a half years, running from my past. That's a hell of a thing for a shifter to do. Eve Rutledge moves to a new town every year and keeps her head down, never checking in with the local predator pack and intimidating the prey to ignore her. Eight and a half years ago, she saw her brother, sister, and niece killed by a group of warlocks who want her to be next. After escaping, she hid, telling herself she only wanted a quiet life. But her luck finally runs out when the pack in her new town takes an interest in the new comer. The wolf pack may want her allegiance, but Eve will never consent to join any pack. When a Liaison to the Wolf Council comes to town, he brings someone she never thought to see again and sets into motion a series of events the world will never forget. It was her mating run. She thought if she ran hard enough she'd get the best mate. She wasn't expecting the one who won her. Darius needed her as mate but how can he accept someone in his late mates place? Excerpt: I stripped as I prepared for my run. Being a shifter I loved to run, even if this wasn't a normal run. It was a Mating Run. Our Shaman would do a ritual, say a prayer, and then I'd shift as I went into heat. I would get a one mile head start and then the males who were competing for me to be their mate would shift and run after me. I had a total of twenty miles laid out for me. No one but me and the Shaman knew the route I was taking. They'd be running up and down hills, along a ridge, through a river, through a system of caves and finally an all out mad dash the last three miles. The best, if their was a best, would catch me. Their last task was to convince my pup to submit and let them mount and claim me. If they couldn't and I made it back without being mounted then I was free. A barbaric rite but one that was a fact of our existence everyone who came of age did it. Males were more likely to pass and not get mounted. Females pretty much always got mounted. So I was doomed. Any male of any race was allowed to run. Though few outside the race of the runner tried. Since I was a Were-dog I was expecting mostly them.Complete

A human took everything from her. To escape the pain and heart wrenching emotions of loss, she fled into her wolf form and into the wilderness. She vowed to never again take human form and to live the rest of her life with the wolf pack she had found. She learned to hunt and track quickly. At first, the brutal life bothered her, but soon she became more beast then girl. One night though, an enemy pack invades her packs territory and she is injured during the fight. When she wakes, she is in human form and a park ranger sits above her, tending to her. She had vowed to never take human form again, but something about him calls to her. She feels torn. She wants to stay a wolf, but his voice and image won't leave her mind. Will she choose to stay with him, or return to her pack and once again shun humans?Complete
