The year this story takes place in is 2022. In an AU where the Fall of Beacon never happened and the students were able to continue their time normally at Beacon and Summer wasn't dead, Team RWBY is kicked out of Beacon in their third year. After a bit of a ghost encounter and a small increase in ghost sightings across Vale, they decide to do what others won't. Fight the ghosts with tech from Atlas. They form the Ghostbusters and during their time as Ghostbusters, they start to uncover a plot from the once seen as only a myth Salem to destroy the world. So, when the queen of Grimm threatens to destroy the world and all other lines of defense won't do anything especially with Easter on the way, who ya gonna call? I own neither RWBY or Ghostbusters, this is a crossover meant purely for fun

Jaune Arc was a boy who was born with a difficult life. His mother and Sisters neglected him due to being mind controlled by his father and his sperm donor abused him mentally and physically. One day he escaped that hell hole he called a hime to go to Beacon to get away from his father and live his dream of being a hero. Sadly, this didn't go as planned when his team mate Pyrrha Nikos and "friend" Weiss Schnee revealed his secret to the public. Shunned, Betrayed, Disowned , and expelled. Jaune walks alone in the forest where in his anger, he unleashed his true powers. Jaune's transcripts are revealed early after Cardin hears him tell Pyrrha about them, with this Jaune decides to distance himself from his team so they don't get ridiculed. This however leaves him alone with only verbal support by his team and friends, and he is forced to live outside the dorms for a bit. For a few months Jaune makes himself a home in the Forest of Beacon and due to some political nonsense he has to send his weapon back home, he has to use spare weapons from the armory at the school and learn how to use them. In no time he gets better and through training he catches up to his friends, but thats not all fate has in store for him as he would become more than just a man, he would become the 'Dark Knight' of Remnant.

It time to declare a war between Team Knight and Team RWBY after the events of Volume 2 a mission went wrong in Vale as the four Kingdom of Remnant is tired of the Knights involvement. As something is coming to hunt David and Zemo in the past as they were both Winter Soldiers as a old and new enemy come back wanting to tear the Knights allies apart and make them face each other Brother vs Brother and Father vs Daughters who would win this Civil War will it been the Knights or RWBY
