Isaac Foster-better known as Zack-is a brutal killer with blood on his hands and a gaping wound he can't fix alone. When a job goes wrong and he's left bleeding out in the middle of nowhere, he takes the only option he has: a hostage.

Dragged into his twisted world, his hostage-a terrified, living alone nobody-suddenly becomes his lifeline. Literally.
