Raphia was a sweet happy girl that lived in the palace with her mum and dad the king and queen of Nivoria until one day 2 years ago she mysteriously dies and leaves Raphia heartbroken and lost, she's no longer the sweet and innocent girls she once was and her fathers no longer the nice old man that everyone loved he's cold and harsh and keeps his distance from his only daughter.
Raphia is now sarcastic with a new dark humor and a love for knives and potions she found young but kept hidden for afraid of disappointing the family but she doesn't live in fear of that anymore, she practically lives for it.
A year ago her farther got remarried to a horrible woman destroying any relationship she once had with her farther, kalia is a horrible gold digger that constantly makes Raphia's life a more hell than it already is. And she definitely doesn't appreciate the harmless yet meaningful pranks Raphia throws her way.
But this pay back is more than she can bare. Suddenly she's being told she has to marry the prince of Nanzanya a sleazy, gross man that doesn't understand boundaries and hands that slip down too far.
When she runs away at sea to open her own shop on an island far away she doesn't expect it to be so unforgiving and harsh not knowing it's the sea witch from down below the tretrious waters that's found a new accomplish to help her take over the kingdom, or the mermaid with a slight crazy look in her eye that offers her a deal she can't refuse

The Island
Monsters and mythical creatures are real. They are very real indeed, as well as magic. We just can't see it... There is an island on our world, one where they roam and have their own sophisticated society, mostly keeping to themselves. Mostly. One of these creatures is named Bianca. She has to travel to where the humans live, that's where she gets her food. One day, she goes in for the kill like normal, but can't continue. On the way home, she kept asking herself over and over again, "Why couldn't I kill him?" After realizing she has fallen for him, she returns to her hunting spot.
