Hangovers are usually the thing that most people hated when they got drunk. But the fun times, as if all their troubles even just for a short while, felt like they just faded away and they enjoyed it while it lasted. That was how Lily saw her and Austin. They were a bomb, that in any wrong move can easily detonate in seconds. But the happy moments were the happiest she had been in her life. When the relationship came crashing down, she had nothing left, not even herself. So, that's what she did. Focus on getting her back. But another bomb just dropped. Austin, her recently engaged ex-boyfriend left something to her after he left with her heart. A baby that she had to raise on her own. Can broken hearts be mended over time? Or will the memories, and an offspring just be a reminder of the hardships that led two hearts to fall apart?

Arden McHale used to be part of the best relationship in history, in his own opinion. Until his now-ex-girlfriend decided to cheat on him. Then, well, things went a little downhill. What do you do when your girlfriend since senior year breaks up with you? You go get drunk. Hammered. Smashed. Wasted. And you wake up next to someone else with a splitting headache. You didn't ask questions. You just do it. However, what Arden wasn't expecting, was to wake up next to another guy. He wasn't expecting the other guy to be in an abusive relationship, either. So now what's the plan? Try to help his new 'friend' through his unstable relationship, and at the same time trying to come to terms with his new found sexuality. Of course, the frequent sex doesn't really help. But who's he to complain about it? WARNING: GRAPHIC SCENES AND MENTIONS OF DOMESTIC ABUSE, MILDLY GRAPHIC DEPICTION OF RAPE
