Hope has always been considered abnormal for as long as she can remember.

Found in a multi-store car park at the age of six, she had no memories or recollection of her past - not even her own name - and has always felt lacking. However, when her parents relocate to Colorado, she finds out there's more to her - and the ski town's notorious bad boy family - than she originally anticipated.
Sixteen year old Oscar Weeks stalks through the school, terrorising those who give him anything more than a sideways glance. Him, his six brothers and only sister, are well known in the area for causing mischief and mayhem in the local area. But, as Hope grows close to the family, she realises there's more to them - and to her - then she realises.

PLEASE NOTE: The characters I have written are based loosely on the characters written in the Finding Sky triology by Joss Stirling, all I have done in changed names and slight characterisations. The story line whilst similar at the beginning gets more loosely based near the end.

"Once upon a time there was a dragon that only knew one love, a phoenix." She laughs at me again. "The phoenix was kind, full of compassion. She could see the corruption in the world knowing that eventually the dark would consume the light. The dragon was her natural opposite, ferocious and vengeful. She was his light, but the world needed her. A chief came to the phoenix worried his people would be killed by the evil in people's hearts. He begged the phoenix for help, but because of her innocents in being a phoenix she could not help in her current form without being corrupt herself. So, she did the unthinkable. She abandoned her only love to bond with the chief's unborn daughter. Giving the village a change to preserve goodness, for not just themselves but for the rest of eternity. But the phoenix would not be strong until the human that possesses it was. The phoenix was killed before reaching her full potential, but the phoenix was born again. A man that had fallen in love with the girl sought out the phoenix's lost love knowing he was the only one on the earth that could morn the innocence the world had lost. The beast grew fond of the man and struck a bargain that if the man would accept the dragon, the dragon would infuse himself with man giving him the power to save the phoenix. The man being human would eventually grow old and perish, so the man agreed that not just him but the bloodlines to follow would become vessels for the dragon to preserve itself eternally to save that which he loves. The bloodlines were separated through the ages leaving the phoenix helpless and the dragon bitter. Then one day, a green haired city kid that was yet to find his dragon found his phoenix in English class and stole her first kiss."

Waking up face down in mud sucks any day of the week. But coming around in the sludge of a strange realm...? Well, that just redefines a bad day altogether. Trapped in an unfamiliar world, sixteen-year-old Quinn is frustrated that none of the strange Tree People appreciate his urgency to get back home to earth. Now he is faced with a choice that could change the course of his life: escape and find his own way home, or stay and help them find the cause of the poison ravishing their world. When the mind-reader unlocks one of the ancient mysteries of the Tree People it points to the only way of saving them from annihilation: they have to find the Power of Light. What exactly that means, the mind-reader doesn't reveal, but his next warning comes as a shock to all present: finding the mysterious Power of Light can only be done with the help of the dangerous enemy tribe whom they once called family. Quinn soon finds himself a little more entangled in the lives of these gifted beings than he'd care to be. Especially after meeting Jazz: the feisty girl from his world who seems to be a regular visitor to the world of Zoay. To Quinn's constant frustration, the aqua-eyed pixie makes it clear that she's not there to make friends. On their journey they'll brave bizarre encounters in dangerous alien forests, while sacrificing pride and will for the survival of all. Along the way Quinn finds more than he ever thought to seek: purpose, fulfillment and love. When the Power of Light is finally found a devastating discovery is made: if all of Zoay-including their enemy-want to live and prosper, one must be willing to sacrifice their life.

HIGHEST RANKING: 303 IN SCIENCE FICTION Isaac Crowley is your average 15 year old boy. He is a sophomore in high school, plays sports, and hangs out with his friends. He dreams it, and then, it happens again two days later. He tells his parents, his friends, anyone that he can, but they all think that it's just a coincidence. These dreams begin to happen regularly, and the mounting suspense drives Isaac crazy as he tries to diffuse the situation inside his dreams, find someone that he can trust, and prove to his parents that something's wrong. Not your average rejection story, usually the boy does something stupid and keeps being stupid and the girl forgives and forgets and gets pulled in by the mate bond - ignoring all his transgressions because 'the bond said too'. Not this time, sometimes fate got it wrong and sometimes you grow out of things; like love. Vivian Clark is a mostly normal girl, as normal as you can be when you're more than eccentric mother is the head of a coven of witches. Something that; according to her, is a long standing tradition and more people need their apothecary than Viv realizes. While Vivian practices magic and identifies as a witch, it's more of a religion than a lifestyle. She doesn't know there are very real powers laying dormant in her bloodline, and very real creatures that not only lurk in the night but often lurk on her doorstep. Trevor Erikson a hot shot jock, playboy, and Mr. Popularity, he could have any girl he wants and often does. Going from one to another and enjoying every minute of it. Besides the fact that he's a werewolf and an alpha's son, he could care less about fated mates or a luna for his pack when he eventually takes it over at the end of the school year. He doesn't take it too well when his fated mate shows up unannounced, and does what any asshole would do. He rejects her at first sight. How will the two manage with a rejection floating between them for the remainder of the school year? ************************************** A fast-paced romance with mature scenes, all based in a fantasy world. If that's your vibe this is your story to read. This is my second work and I had to get it out of my brain cause it's all I could think of while writing a completely different book, there will be slow updates.

Trying to escape her home life in order to save her little brother, Skylar must decide between keeping secrets or saving herself. With the help of Beckett, her first love, and his family Skylar might be able to break the cycle and stop from becoming everything she hates. Preview: I gritted my teeth when I saw that Beckett was still sitting there. I released Waylin's hand and pulled Beckett up from the chair and across the hall. "What do you want?" I asked harshly, trying not to raise my voice. "Nothing, I just thought you might need somewhere to stay. You said that you didn't have any relatives in the area, and I figured you and Waylin could stay at my house. My parents wouldn't mind." I rolled my eyes and took a deep breath to compose myself. "What makes you think I would want to stay with you? Huh?" I asked. He didn't flinch at my words, but looked sadly down at me. "Please, just put the past aside and do what's right for Waylin." "Don't you dare tell me what is best for Waylin! I've been taking care of him pretty damn well his whole life. You have no right to assume otherwise about my decisions." He put up his hands in surrender and sighed. "Look, I don't know why your mom is in the ICU, I don't know anything, okay? I just know that you're going to need somewhere to stay where there are actual adults because you aren't his guardian, and I don't see any social workers around. So, what? You told them you had a family member coming to get you, right?" I rolled my eyes and he continued. "Right. So, what are you going to do when they send social services to your house?"
