In a dark vision of the near future, twelve boys and twelve girls are forced to appear in a live TV show called the Hunger Games. There is only one rule kill or be killed.

When seventeen-year-old Ondiar Brandt from District 4 finds herself selected for the 57. Hunger Games, all she wants to do is run away, even tho it is too late. She knows, that she has little chance of survival but finds herself in an problematic situation. Will she run away again or finally be brave and fight for those she loves?
