But all power has a great cost. Dark secrets lie behind the peaceful facade of the Capitol's Noble District. Cruel and sadistic crimes were committed against the commoners and the villages around the capital. 
 
Enter the Whitlock brothers. Abigail Whitlock was the personal accountant of the Prime Minister, and also his secret lover, who looked upon these atrocities with horror. Along with her younger brother, Joshua, she intends to gather evidence of these crimes and attempt to incite a riot by the lower class within the Capitol with the intent of aiding the Revolutionary Army. 
 
Little does he know that a being of great power watches with great interest...
