It has been a year since Dimitri took back the throne and ended the five-year war that almost destroyed him. But his past still haunts him. He struggles to find peace in Fhirdiad, a place filled with so many unpleasant memories.
When Dedue suggests that they visit Garreg Mach Monastery, he jumps at the opportunity to escape from the crushing weight of being king, if only for a short while. But reminders of other duties, more specifically marriage, will not leave him be, and Dimitri is forced to face the reality that he will never be allowed to be with the one he loves...unless he rips the foundations of the Kingdom to shreds. If he has the courage, that is.

Note: I am trying to avoid most pitfalls that seems to be in every fantasy story lately and make it more relatable to the reader when able. Some pitfalls may be unavoidable though. Also, I only use AI for editing, art and world building assistance. The eventual goal is to hire an actual editor and artist to eliminate it entirely. That being said I don't have any issues with anybody using AI as long as they don't ghostwrite with it. At the capital of Fhirdiad, the fate of Fodlan will be decided as thousands prepare for the last battle of the war. This is a Fe: 3 Hopes ending rewrite for Edelgard's route, within which Byleth and 2 blue lions were recruited. Full of heavy moments, bloody battles, and a more satisfying conclusion this story aims to take the sudden and rushed ending of 3 Hopes and turn it into what it was destined to be.
