In a world where society has grown disillusioned with professional heroes, Izuku secretly works as a vigilante known only as "Shinra" a symbol of the heroism that exists beneath the surface of an oppressive system. When he was younger, after hero society failed his mother, he had a revelation: the hero society is corrupt, but there are still people who need saving.
