Velvet Solace

Unplanned meetings are the most honest ones. They arrive without rehearsal, without masks. Yet no one ever teaches us what to do
when a meeting like that is not meant to last.

I am not certain where anything truly stands anymore. But perhaps that uncertainty is exactly what I have been searching for-a place without a name, without directions, without the obligation to arrive or to leave.

A place where nothing demands permanence.
Where we are allowed to exist without explanation. Maybe it never existed in the real world at all. Maybe it only lives in the mind-
drifting, weightless, lingering between what was felt-and what was never meant to be held.
