this is an au where the toons are all collage students(human) working at gardenview and its a sketchy collage where they turn people into ghosts and trap them in the town if they are in dept to them that they cant pay off as a human, and if they get it paid somehow they'll turn back human and all the records will say they were kidnapped and came back! So Connie haunts one specific dorm, and guess what? Gigi is put in that dorm(Flutter will join in later cuz the college forgets about Connie and just loads in another person!)
