Percy finds out about Nico's crush earlier than planned. And it's on neither of their terms. Until Percy gives him some good advice. Advice Nico takes to heart. But a demigod's life is never easy, and with a new prophecy and a new quest even darker forces are looming over the horizon, threatening to destroy the sunshine that Nico and another half-blood we all thought was gone have finally found. Placed during very beginning of Blood of Olympus/ between House of Hades and Blood of Olympus at the beginning. Then it switches to the end of Blood of Olympus. This is a solangelo story line. If you have not read Blood of Olympus, or do not ship solangelo, then I kindly ask you to reconsider your life choices. And then go do those things. I tried to stay true to the characters, I really truly did. If you're reading and you think I did something wrong, please let me know (but. you know. kindly.). This is also still a first draft, so you know, it's not perfect. All rights go to Rick Riordan the troll who stoll (geddit?) my life. So when Zeus, her grandfather decides to show up asking for help, she definitely didn't appreciate it. But, she ends up taking on the quest presented to her to hunt a dryad named Ekho. Dryads are female nymphs that inhabit forests and trees. Along the way with the help of Laelap and a runaway Titan, Rostris comes along life-threatening challenges like being close to Ekho but then missing her, dealing with Hera, Zeus's wife, that is trying to kill Ekho out of jealousy because Zeus likes to consort with nymphs and will stop at nothing to do it, and also being targeted by Ekho's daughter Lynx, who can make spells and will stop at nothing to kill Rostris. But what the real test is that is presented to Rostris is trust. Trusting herself and others because trust can go a long way.Complete
