The Worst Days of My

According to my therapist, I need to acknowledge what I actually went thru during the worst moment in my life. Ive avoided this for over 10 years. Ive come up with excuses on why I just don't want to. So finally, to hopefully close this part of my life, here is my accounting of the absolute nightmare my life became. If it does nothing else, maybe it will finally shut my therapist up. This is the closest I will ever get to a feelings Diary.
