"No," Danny hissed, "I will not do this."

"I'm afraid your partner will be disappointed with your decision." He threatened. Danny's heart raced. She could not let Ren suffer because of her. He had already suffered too much.

She huffed, "What must I do?" The King's smile widened, causing his features to darken in malice.

Danny Storm was the most feared and notorious assassin on the continent of Ariya. Her stories were whispered in taverns; parents told their children of her to scare them into submission. By never revealing her true identity, the world could only guess what lied behind the tales of the cloaked assassin.

When Danny Storm's partner was captured by the King of Eldin, she's given one chance to save him. Kill the Prince of Luxum.

The Prince was of age to marry and take the throne. His Father, the King of Luxum, was pressing on him to marry a princess and form an alliance. The neighboring country of Eldin was at war with Luxum. The King of Eldin sent his daughter to marry the Prince... or so they thought. In reality, the King of Eldin sent Danny to infiltrate the castle posing as his daughter, Princess Ambrosia.

But can she separate her heart from the mission when the Prince's secrets grow to consume her?

Join the adventure through the past and present on the planet Shoria. Where the impossible is feasible and where secrets are as common as daggers. More than just assassins rule the night on the continent of Aryia. Monsters of different races cackle in the night air, just waiting for their prey to reveal herself.

"You kept all these secrets from me...I trusted you, Ava." he says as he took a step closer. "Was it all a lie...?" "It was better for the both of us..." I said, my voice calm and cold. "You should go before I kill you, like I did to your father." Asher growled. "You used me! You damn dragon!" I let out a cold laugh as I tilted my head to the side. "I'm a Moonlight Dragon, sweetheart, that's what I am and manipulation is what we do best." "I'm not your sweetheart anymore." he snapped. He took a step back. "You will pay for this, Ava, oh you will pay." I smirked "Try me" and took off to the skies...but for some reason...my heart was aching in pain... --------------------------------------------- In the kingdom of Evervale, dragon hunters are almost everywhere. Highest ranked- #10 in action 2/16/2017 A promotion. That's all I wanted. I didn't want to run for my life. I didn't want to be kidnapped. I didn't want to face death. I didn't want to find out my whole life was a lie. I just wanted a bloody promotion. Guess fate had other plans? **** The cold air fanned over my face as I opened the door. The exit door lead to the back of the building so it was pitch black. I leaned against the wall trying to control myself. Blood was running down my arm and head. My hair was stuck to my face from all the sweat and blood. Everything was spinning around me and the ground seemed like it was shaking. Groaning I sat down and put my head on my knees. He knows who I am. He knows how I look like. He knows where I work so possible knows where I live. I am not safe anymore... no where. While I was in my own world I heard faint sounds behind me but I didn't bother to look or run away. The footsteps got closer and I was pretty sure it was Walker's men. I should run. I should try to fight. But what's the point in trying to run away? He would eventually find me and if he has his way he would most likely kill me. If this is my fate then why am I trying to fight it? I felt someone harshly grab my waist and pull me up and I complied. They dragged me down the alley and into the busy street. I heard the opening of a car and the next thing I knew I was being thrown into a car. My head hit the hard leather seat and the door shut behind me. Maybe this is how my life will end. Maybe I should just let it happen. Maybe I was destined to die alone as a no one. With that I let the darkness consume me.

[ magic, romance and madness. ] Everyone knew that a romance between a guardian and their protégé always ended in tragedy - yet they risked it. One day, I read that in real-life fairy tales, the princess sometimes needs to befriend the dragon and kill the prince, perhaps not to the most extreme extent, considering the prince's utility. (*Wink*). Twenty years had passed since the demise of the last living descendant bearing the bloodline of a potent family within the mystical realm. Individuals who possessed magic more formidable than anyone could have fathomed and that very magic could be pilfered if they were to meet an untimely end-a rumour ignited like wildfire. Word began to spread about the sole surviving member of the Lysion family, the last vestige of a lineage renowned for their blessings from the gods (or, as some argue, their curses), once no more than bedtime tales for children. Two decades earlier, a game of hide and seek unfolded that culminated in the death of the final Lysion at the hands of Oldo Blake, a formidable figure in the annals of history. Or so the story goes. An obscure girl. A concealed secret. A relentless pursuit. With a motley crew of bewildering Other Siders on her trail and an absolute dearth of knowledge on how to harness her precious magic, Rosélina Johnson's life transformed from that of an inconspicuous university student to that of a fugitive in the mystic realm, utterly unprepared for what lay ahead.

TEASER: "No fiancée of mine needs to learn how to fight." His breath flows upon the prickling skin of my neck. I close my eyes, involuntarily shuddering in response. "All you need to know how to do is satisfy me." "How exactly am I supposed to satisfy you?" The answer to such a question is obvious, yet, like the idiot I am, I still asked him. "Blood...and of course, other means." BLURB: Cyra is pulled into a foreign world where humans are rarities while vampires, elves, werewolves, witches, and more strange creatures are the norm. That's the least of her worries though. Now the bride of one of the most powerful vampires in all of the kingdom, she is faced with two choices.
