I survive off music, and I realize that I am not the only one. Some people, like myself, had/have trouble finding new bands, or even quotes from bands for school project's (I used a Asking Alexandria quote for health once, like WTF.) So anyway, if your going to waste time reading my book, when you could be reading other, more tasteful selections, I will create a list of some of the bands I may include for the first chapter. From Muse to Of Mice & Men, I give you... The Escape.

The One And Only Outsider
If I had to choose one word to describe my life in a nutshell, I'd choose...Hell. My dad was arrested for buying and selling drugs, my mom stopped caring for and about me when he was taken away. The only person who cares about my wellbeing is my grandmother. And she lives in a nursing home. Plus I'm bullied at school. EVERYDAY. Sounds a lot like hell if you ask me. It's because of the way I dress, the way I act, the type of music I listen to. You name it, they judge me on it. I don't really care what people think or say about me. I just want to be left alone. Garnet is a very quiet and mysterious girl. She doesn't have any friends, so she spends most of her time at the nursing home with her grandmother. She's very grateful for the love her grandmother gives her, but she's starting to want something more. A different kind of love. She never thought that anyone could give her that kind of love. At least not until she met Micah. Micah really likes Garnet, but she just doesn't believe it. Micah and Garnet become really good friends. Until feelings are revealed. In this book, you'll see what life is like for Garnet as...THE ONE AND ONLY OUTSIDER. ~*[COMPLETED]*~ X-WARNING-X This story is down right crappy. So, I apologize in advantage for how bad and cringe worthy this story is. I read back through it once I completed it, and cringed at almost every sentence I wrote. Some parts are actually worth reading, and others make me want to gag. So, I warned you. If you cringe/gag/puke from reading this book, I'm sorry. My writing is getting better though, I promise.Complete
Boarding School
When Sammy's parents got divorced, she didn't mind at all, because she knew that they weren't meant to be together, and if they weren't happy with each other, then they don't have to stay together for her sake. She lived with her mom, and her dad visited regularly, when he could get away from his work; running a top class private boarding school. Her mom turns on her when her favourite person leaves town, and her life slowly starts losing meaning, and she can't think of anything that makes her happy, except being with her best friend. Then, she goes too... With nothing making her happy in her small town, she makes a life-changing decision, that she thinks will benifit her, and make her life all that she wanted. Or, it could go very wrong and be worse than staying where she is. "Dad, I want to live with you" I told him over the phone, in tears. Nothing new there. "Samantha, you know I'd love you too, but there isn't any school around this area, remember? My school is in the countryside, with nothing within a short driving dinstance" he all but rejected me. "Then can I move schools? Attend your boarding school?" He was silent, then let out a long sigh of defeat. "I'll enroll you now. Pack your things, I'll send a car in the morning for you." That was all I needed to hear, and I was thrilled. Without making noise, I danced around my room and repeatedly thanked him. Later that night, after the usual abuse, I silently packed my things when she was passed out. I hurried in doing it, and stored them at the back of my closet so she couldn't see them when she checked up on me. You're doing it, Sammy. You're finally getting out of here; away from all the bitchy girls, your mom, and old memories with Fletcher. I'm proud of you, girl...Complete
Suicidal
I'm just going to write part of the story because I'm terrible at descriptions. "See, Harry," I say, showing him a beautiful picture of the city, "these are reasons to live." "Looks like a perfect place to die to me," Harry says. "Harry, just listen to me. You're not worthless. You're not fat. You're not ugly. Please just stop saying these terrible things about yourself." "Yes I am. People tell me that all the time. They tell me to slit my wrists, I listen to them. They tell me I'm worthless, I believe them. They tell me I'm fat, I listen to them and starve myself. So people don't think the same as you. But it's not like it matters what one person says," Harry says sadly. "Awwww, my poor little cupcake! It's okay, sweetie, I'll help you," I tell him. "A-and AJ," Harry stutters, "P-people say that you hate me and want me to die just as much as them. Is that true?" "No, Harry. I love you very, very much. Please don't do these terrible things to yourself." Read the rest to find out!Complete

F*** Cancer, This One Did Us All In.
There's not a lot that can freak me out in this world. Only large animals with sharp claws, too many people touching me, bullies, hives, horror movies, sitting underneath fans or lights or anything that dangles from a ceiling, glass or wooden bridges, my mother, mosquitoes, public situations, taking a shower with nobody in the house, taking a shower with too many people in the house and crocks. Oh, and zombies. Zombies is definitely on that list. It's almost a shame too, that I have to race through a city packed full of them to find my missing family. Packed full of zombies, by the way, not crocks. (Although I don't know which situation is worse.) Now I have to not only keep my feeble body alive, but also protect (or be protected by) my two best friends in the entire world as we all try to survive in a city packed with the Dead.Complete
You Saved Me
People don't understand me. I was just a small town girl who didn't know what to do. All because I was quiet, listened to punk, and always wore jackets to cover my scars, I was labeled as the 'Emo Freak'. I've been teased and hit. I've been abused by people at school, and by my mother, if that's what you can call her. My life is a mess. The only escape I had was music. All the bands I listened to provided a sense of comfort for me. Especially one band in particular by the name of All Time Low. I felt a major connection between the lyrics and the band. They were the only reason why I was alive. This is my story. **FICTIONAL STORY**Complete

Zeus
Gangs. A girl. War. Fights. Love. Hate. Death. All words to describe the city of Athens. The most dangerous city in the country. But only those who have been there know that. Athens is not a place for tourism. Not many people who visit, make it out alive. Vicki, 16, has finally found a home willing to adopt her after 6 years of jumping from home to home, family to family, foster to foster. Some were good. Some bad. Some could, would, and did the unthinkable. But now she didnt have to deal with that. But she had no idea of the secrets that the friendly "welcome to Athens" sign hides. Or did she? She wasn't ever supposed to end up in the system. Or end up on her meds. She remembered nothing of her life before 10 years old. She had always knew something was missing, but this? This was more than she could ever handle remembering. **** "Wow, I thought it was just you guys and Artemis." "There's a whole world of gangs. There are gangs in every country, some even I don't know as a leader." "Is it tough being a leader?" "Some times. Especially when I have to deal with loss. But I also give some opportunities to people who need it. I've even given a homeless man a small job and it set him up for life." "That's cool. Are the Zusians tyrants. I mean were they?" something about the name doesn't shake me. It's stuck in my head for some reason. "They more are now. There's speculation that a kid got out safe and will one day take back the leadership, but after seeing the wreckage first hand, I don't think anybody left it alive," he says it. But he doesn't sound like he even believes himself. "Did the kid get out? Is it even slightly possible?" "Between you and me. I helped her escape. I know she got out. But I don't think she lived long after we lost contact. Why do you ask?" "Something about the name... It is vaguely familiar but I don't know why. Maybe it's just my meds." "You might have just heard it before." *** Cover by @_scintillasComplete
