Jade is known for her quietness. Living in a small town while in an apocalypse, it's the only way she adapted. Being known as the town freak isn't easy , it's gotten her into plenty of messes she never wished on. With a very complex past it adds to her never ending list of worries.
Ellie is known for her violent tendencies. She was also known for being cold and hostile , it's the way she adapted. Being through many events that left an impact on her , she only spoke to the same few people everyday. Her past stays hidden , or so she hopes , because she doesn't want people to view her any other way.
But when a meeting is held in the community hall , Ellie catches sight of Jade. And since then the universe has been pulling them together.
Set in the years of The Last Of Us , and the universe of Jackson. Those two girls find themselves longing for eachother. But it's not that simple. It's never that simple.

This is Not the Last of Us
Ellie found traveling with Joel to be both rewarding and simultaneously frustrating. It was like talking to a cold, emotionless brick wall sometimes. So imagine her excitement when they run into another group of travelers heading in the same direction, and they agree to travel with Ellie and Joel. The most exciting part? The other group has a girl their age. This is essentially a Ellie/Reader slow-burn fanfiction. It's also a fix-it fic in regards to the Last of Us Part 2 because I have personal issues with it. Will involve spoilers for both games, but this is mostly a self-indulgent fic. The reader is unnamed and has no descriptors so pretty much anyone can be the reader.
