The local killer has finally been found and arrested by the authorities, putting an end to his reign of terror in the city's dense forests, and is now in a psychiatric hospital. After three long years in the hospital, patient Tobias Rogers shows little or no improvement, and the doctors consider him a hopeless case... until a new employee arrives.
