Rubbing his thumb against my cheek, I slowly nod my head, when a pain began to form in my chest. I knew it was coming. I quickly get away, crawling a couple feet away. "Get away!" I yelled. My skin turning white and the pain erupting inside of me, feeling it try to escape, and I know if I let it. It will hurt this man. Suddenly, he was there in my view. Blue eyes staring at me, and then his lips were on my own. Gasping as I felt the pain beginning to disappear from inside me. Eyes drooping and my body relaxing against his. Soon, the kiss ended and I was empty. My eyes closing. "Don't worry, I will keep you safe..."

I shut my eyes and feel his hips pressed against mine I try punching but my hands are held above my head my neck is grabbed I feel lips on my neck than at my ear. "your going to pay for that, your ours. Fight all you want but it's never going to change when he told me about you I couldn't wait. Now to have you you have no idea how happy I am." Ash says I open my eyes. I see Gabriel leaning on the wall smirking. "It's true, I can finally stop acting. You have no idea what I did gain your trust. I had to get your family out of the way. My eyes landed on the third to last offered woman, the fire light dancing across her fair skin like waves of orange caressing her body, her long dark brown hair descending to her lower back in a wavy cascade, the red silk dress she wore hugged her body perfectly and dipped to show her breasts before continuing to flow down to pool on the forest floor beneath her feet as if it were worshiping her the way everything inside of me was longing to do at this moment. Causing an image of me running my hands over her unblemished porcelain skin to pass through my mind. Even though I knew she was scared, she held her head high and refused to show fear to the men in the clearing, both vampire and werewolves alike. She's the offering I will accept, no one else is worthy of this goddess , no one else will touch her perfect skin or I'll rip their fucking hands off.
