Dazai and Chuuya found themselves in a predicament. There patience is running thin with Mori, more so now than ever.
Now Mori is sending them off on a mission to some magic school in England. Even the ever unfazed Dazai was irritated. Even dogs didn't irritate Dazai as much as his upcoming mission and the only way Mori was able to get Dazai to go on this mission was by sending Chuuya with him.
Dazai made Chuuya feel human and Chuuya made Dazai feel alive. Without the other, they'd drown at the loss of their lifeline.
They ended up enrollment at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry under the pretence of not receiving a letter when they were 11-12 because of how difficult it is for owls to get to their home of Yokohama Japan, while simultaneously gaining information on the Wizarding world.
Who knows, maybe Chuuya and Dazai will get fed up with Mori and finally kill him? You'd have to read to find out.
