When the pillars under the 96th Oyakata-sama of the Demon Slayer Corps were sent out to the Eclipse Estate following an attack, they did not expect to find the only remaining descendants of the youngest Tsugikuni to end up with fates comparable to how the three siblings from the Sengoku era had.
The only remaining survivor was taken back to headquarters for protection, the family's youngest and only daughter - Tsugihana Kagami - who then rose the ranks years later and took after the family's long held position as the Eclipse Pillar. Years later and she meets her distant relatives, the Tokito twins. Will she be able to keep her only remaining family close? Or will she lose her family like her grandmother did centuries ago?

In this alternate universe, Mikoto Tsugikuni was a member of the Hashira of the Demon Slayer Corps. She went missing during a mission, and her fate remained unknown for several years. Eventually, she was discovered by Sakonji Urokodaki and Shinjuro Rengoku, gravely injured and on the verge of death. Before she died, Kagaya Ubuyashiki asked about her condition and what had happened. Shinjuro reported that the kakushi had noted that she had insisted that a specific individual should not be harmed before losing consciousness. Kagaya was puzzled until Shinjuro mentioned that the kakushi had found stretch marks on Mikoto's stomach, indicating that she had given birth. Just as they were about to learn more about her situation, one of the kakushi returned with a letter from Mikoto addressed to Kagaya Ubuyashiki. In the pages they read, they discovered what had happened to her. Muzan had forced her to conceive a child who would be immune to sunlight. Not only did the plan succeed, but the child also survived.
