Forgotten Threads

Peter Parker always thought he was just an ordinary kid who got bitten by a radioactive spider - and, for some reason, he didn't die. Instead, he was left with powers he never asked for and a great responsibility to carry along with them.

Which, honestly, was already hard enough... especially since he had a habit of stumbling into chaos more often than not.

Strange things tend to happen to Peter - he accepted that and got used to the chaos.

But nothing could have prepared him for the dreams - the nightmares.

Sometimes, he didn't know how to explain it, but they felt like memories, but they weren't his.

They belonged to someone else. That was certain. Yet every face in these dreams was blurred, like trying to see through fogged glass. And whenever a name was spoken, he could never quite catch it. The voices seemed to dissolve before they reached his ears.

Why was he seeing someone else's memories? He had no idea.

He tried to ignore them at first, telling himself that they were simply just... dreams.

But then a hidden power began to awaken.

And of course, things got a lot more complicated from there.
