This is a story about a man who goes around doing serial killings dodging investigators and police multiple times becoming the biggest threat in Chicago. He then has this obsession with blood and murder he starts to obsess with his infamous talent to kill and cause a name for himself. This addiction leads him to become his version of the masterpiece of organised serial killing.
