Leelee is the only girl in the Glade. She was the first to arrive after Alby and Newt. Everyone loves her and doesn't have a single bad thing to say about her. She's very pretty, and being the only girl, of course the other Gladers have taken a fancy to her, but she never saw any of them that way. That was at least until someone new arrived. Thomas is the most recent greenie, but he seems different somehow. Leelee isn't sure why, but she is starting to wonder if her feelings for Thomas are perhaps more than just friendship.
