The World is Meaningless and Beautiful is a collection of songs I wrote for an upcoming album, and that even plan to be released in my visual novel: NEXT TO: SUMMER. It is about witnessing the beauty of the world through its nothingness and ugliness, falling in love with humanity, depression, heartbreak and love.

The title comes from my ex-boyfriend, and first love, who used to claim that the world is meaningless, and therefore we are free to do whatever we want. He was, at first, my inspiration for the album, before it evolved into something else as time flied.
