Into dust

Iris Luthor never wanted to return to Smallville - the town that buried her father, the town that ruined everything she never had. After years of boarding school disasters, headlines, and whispered scandals in Metropolis, Iris is sent back to the one place she swore she'd never return. Her mother's last-ditch effort to get her back on track comes with strings: finish high school under the eye of her cousin, Lex Luthor, and keep a low profile. But Iris has never been good at quiet. Beneath the sarcasm and rebelliousness , Iris carries a secret no one knows, not even Lex. Ever since the meteor shower, strange things have followed her. Fires that spark from nothing. Rain that falls when she cries. Glass shattering without a touch. She's managed to keep it buried, blamed it on perfect coincidences. But Smallville has a way of revealing the truth. Especially when she crosses paths with Clark Kent, the golden boy of Smallville High. The two couldn't be more different. Clark is infuriatingly noble, frustratingly good, and sees right through Iris's walls. Iris is chaos, always pushing boundaries, and quick to challenge Clark's black-and-white sense of right and wrong. They clash instantly, she was a wildfire; he was the calm before the storm. But the more time they spend together, the more Iris sees that Clark is hiding something too. Something deep. Something impossible. And in a town full of secrets, maybe the only way to survive is to stop pretending they're normal at all. I do not own anything from Smallville except plotlines and characters i created
