When Clementine Jones returns to Riverdale, the town is already cracking beneath the weight of secrets, blood, and betrayal. She left behind the Southside, her broken home, and the Serpents years ago, determined never to look back. But the murder of Jason Blossom draws her back to the one place she swore she'd never return to- and the brother she abandoned.

Haunted by her past and mistreated by most, Clementine is a storm in a town already drowning in mystery. She's older now, harder, but beneath the walls she's built is a girl who still carries too much guilt- over Jughead, Over FP, over what she did for the Serpents when she was just a kid.

As the town descends further into chaos, Clem is pulled back into the underbelly of Riverdale: The Serpent bar, the old Southside connections, the twisted truths about Jason's murder- and the pain she left behind. She fights with FP, who both resents and regrets the things he made her do. She and Jughead clash at first, but slowly begin to rebuild the sibling bond they lost.

Then there's Sweetpea- the Serpent muscle with fire in his eyes and a chip on his shoulder. At first, they can't stand each other. Clem sees him as just another cocky, hotheaded snake. He sees her as damaged goods. But slowly, their verbal jabs turn into tension, and tension turns into something deeper.

They fall in love in the most Serpent was possible- through loyalty, Bruised knuckles, long silences, and the kind of understanding that only comes from surviving too much. Sweetpea sees the scars Clem has and doesn't flinch. Clem gives him something no one else ever has- honesty, even when it hurts. They fight, they burn, they hold each other together.

But their love isn't all that easy.
