She usually spends a bit of her summer at Morrow Bay, but after her parents are experiencing a rough time, she is sent to spend the entire summer with her grandparents, in a quiet town she never even thought she'd care about. She expects to just wait out the days, while her life back home feels like it's falling apart.
𝐍𝐨𝐚𝐡 𝐓𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐞 is the boy next door. He's quiet and thoughtful, and works at the towns farmers market. He's had many bad experiences with his relationships and swears to keep to himself.
When their paths collide, June realizes her summer won't be as bad as she was making it.
