On the island of New York common crime tends to be a little more…well common.That's bad in itself but the worse thing is that the government,or anyone for that matter,doesn't seems to care…well that's true with the exception of 17-year old Perci Piccori.Not only does he care but he wants it to change,and after 17 years of no one doing anything he gets fed up and decides to do something himself...okay maybe with a little help.
