They move into a quiet cottage on the edge of Ottery St. Catchpole, lovingly nicknamed the house on Lupin Lane by the neighbours.
Teddy grows up surrounded by love. But also burdened by legacy. With two famous fathers and a tragic family history, he struggles to find who he is. Enter Alastor Nightwing, a quiet, sharp-witted boy in Teddy's year who seems to carry a storm behind his eyes. Alastor is a newly sorted Slytherin who doesn't quite fit, with secrets buried deeper than the Forbidden Forest and scars no one dares to ask about.
By fourth year, Teddy and Alastor's friendship has blossomed into something tender and cautious, something they don't have words for yet. But their relationship challenges not only their houses, but the trust of the people around them, especially when whispers start to rise about Alastor's past, his strange nocturnal habits, and the rare creatures only he seems to understand.
As tensions build at Hogwarts and outside pressures push both boys to their limits, Teddy must choose: protect Alastor, even from the truth-or uncover the secrets his boyfriend has been hiding... even if it costs them everything.
