Written in the quiet hours between survival and surrender, this collection holds five poems born from deep duress. Each piece is a raw fragment of my soul-capturing the chaos, grief, numbness, and flickers of hope that carried me through some of my darkest days. This is not polished pain. This is what it looks like when healing begins before you even realize you're still alive. These poems are for anyone who's ever: • Cried in silence • Smiled through breaking • Wanted out, but stayed anyway • Held on by a single thread of hope • Needed to be reminded they are not alone If you've ever wondered if your pain is valid, your healing possible, or your voice heard-this book is for you.

Give yourself time to feel your emotions But don't let them control you Let it consume you But not forever. There are moments in life when you have to let yourself feel, the pain the trauma, the depression the anxiety. There are also moments you have to force yourself out of the darkness, before it fully consumes you. These poems are the moments, when I stewed in my sadness, gave it the steering wheel. But are also the moments I grabbed the wheel and took control. This book is for those healing Those fighting Those who are speaking up And those who are silent
