The Newbie Cop

Tord, the current leader of the South Union of London, a declining nation, struggles with hiring new people to work on the front lines. He doesn't want to trust anyone who lacks experience in rough conditions. But then he is introduced to a younger boy whom his director insists he take in. Tord reluctantly agrees and makes him his 'dog.' How will Thomas get through this and handle his conditions under his idol without losing his temper, or even better, catching feelings, as Tord soon finds himself struggling not to fall for the weaker boy-wanting to protect him from harm instead of preparing him for it?
