In spring it blossoms, but in winter it really thrives, as cold as the mountain top, and as beautiful from the view at the top. It was as green as grass. But bluer than skies. When the leaves were carried by the wind, when flowers bloom slowly again, when rain made a soft but true melody, or when snow was full of memories. Is when the lotus appears, born from dirt and mud, but somehow springs up to grow as a beautiful flower. Loved by all, but themselve. The lotus can smile, but are they really happy? The lotus can cry, but are they really sad? The lotus can feel nothing, but aren't they just feeling too much? Between Hope and Reality is an ongoing journey through thoughts, emotions, and quiet truths. Blending reflection with personal honesty, each chapter explores themes of loneliness, hope, healing, and what it means to simply be human. This is not a finished story-new chapters will continue to unfold, piece by piece, as life does. It's for anyone who's ever felt out of place, dreamed of something more, or fought to keep going when it would've been easier to stop. Each entry is written with care, from the heart. Thank you for walking this path with me-one chapter at a time. (First published on Wattpad by Distinct-unique_bird. If you're reading this anywhere else, it was taken without my permission.)

What keeps us moving forward when life feels unbearable? The answer, science shows, is hope. More than wishful thinking or blind optimism, hope is a measurable force that shapes our brains, fuels our resilience, and sustains us through hardship. In The Science of Hope, the author explores the powerful intersection of psychology, neuroscience, and human experience to reveal why hope is one of the most vital resources we possess. Drawing from cutting-edge research, inspiring stories, and practical insights, this book demonstrates how hope is wired into our biology and how it can be cultivated as a daily habit. Readers will discover: How the brain responds to optimism and possibility Why hopeful people recover faster from setbacks and illness The role of hope in healing, resilience, and personal growth Practical strategies to nurture hope in everyday life How communities and cultures have relied on hope to survive and thrive Whether you are facing personal struggles, searching for meaning, or simply striving to live with greater optimism, The Science of Hope offers both knowledge and encouragement. It reminds us that hope is not fragile-it is resilient, renewable, and transformative. This book is more than an exploration of science; it is an invitation to choose hope, to practice it, and to recognize it as one of the most powerful forces shaping our lives. Hope keeps us alive. This book shows you why-and how to keep it burning.
