Cats and Crows (Nami x MaleReader)
My next Male Reader, starring Nami from One Piece. This one was a little different for me to write, but fun as always. I decided to have the reader go on his own journey and meet up with the Straw Hats later, so there really isn't much interaction between Nami and the reader, however there is an implied history between the two like in my Sabine x Sith Reader so hopefully I've conveyed that idea as well as I hope I did. One of the trickier bits about this story was figuring out how to get the Reader from Cocoyasi to Sabaody. Navy ship would've been to boring in my opinion so I took a look at the Eleven Supernovas and decided to have the reader run with Scratchmen Apoo, he was one of the cooler captains to me being more passive than, say, Captain Kidd. And naturally, no sea voyage is complete without an opportunity like a Devil Fruit! This time around I created a Crow-Zoan Devil Fruit, trying to go for a Tengu Aesthetic with the reader (and keep up my current One Piece Wind-Users theme). The Revive Revive Fruit, fruit rumored to exist and is written off by many. Despite being a devil fruit, this particular one is different from the rest... It's not a Paramecia, Zoan, Logia, or even the rumored artificial fruit. No. This fruit is a rare ancient fruit; the only one of it's kind to ever exist. Rumor has it, that this specific fruit was to have existed during the time of within Void Century. Though, it is said that the history can be found by reading all 4 of the Road Poneglyphs, not much is known about the fruit, but two things. That it is somewhere out there in the great blue seas, and that it can revive one who's on the brink of death. Most who have heard the rumor of the Revive Revive Fruit, have written it off as just that, a rumor; just like with Roger's treasure, the One Piece. However, many of the bigger names in the world believe it's out there somewhere. Pirates, Marines, the World Government and Nobles, are all desperate to find this rare fruit for themselves.
