Yeluna Ravina Cruz is the Student Board President at Northwood University. Known as the "Ice Princess" - who is brilliant, efficient, and notoriously unapproachable, with a cold demeanor and sharp tongue. She carries a lot of pressure from her studies and family, believing she has to be perfect and show no emotions to succeed.

However, things start to change for her when Nadeleine Sol Chavez arrives. Nadeleine is a new student from a provincial university. She's bright, sincere, and almost always optimistic. She's genuinely curious about people and sees the good in everyone, even those who project negativity.
