Criminal Record: Theft, assault, illegal DVD distribution, defiance of law enforcement...
Status: High surveillance. A potentially dangerous target.
Peat raised an eyebrow. "So you're a troublemaker, Fort Thitipong," he muttered with a crooked smile.
"We'll be meeting soon enough."
He closed the file and walked away from the building. Outside, the rain had begun to fall, washing over the city as if to welcome the turning of a new page in the story of fate.
