The written word saved me before the spoken voice.

There is a silent power to the art of writing.

It is an act where stillness becomes motion. With the reverence of prayer mixed with a silent devotion that needs neither praise nor validation. It lives in the moments where your heart sores. Or your eyes water and your walls soften.

Writing helped me better understand not only myself, but also the world with which I exist in.

Through its silent enduring medicine I continue the journey towards understanding things as they truly are.

I wanted to create a book with which I write from the most innate aspects of myself. For anyone that's felt most understood in the quiet of journaling to yourself.

To anyone that feels seen or understood in the words I write.

That finds presence in searching for the edges with which you will expand and grow.
