In the heart of Paris, two seemingly ordinary teenagers, Melanie Dupain-Cheng and Alan Agreste, lead extraordinary secret lives. Chosen by mystical creatures called kwamis, they transform into the superheroes to protect the city from Hawk Moth, a villain who uses dark magic to turn everyday citizens into dangerous supervillains.

Melanie, confident as Ladybug but shy in her everyday life, secretly has a crush on Adrien-unaware that her partner, is Alan himself. Meanwhile, Alan longs for Ladybug's affection, unaware she is actually Melanie. They have to keep their identity secret to keep them safe from Hawk Moth. Together, there Miraculouses combined could make a wish, but there will be a terrible price to pay in return.
Together, they battle akumatized villains, uncover mysteries about their powers, and struggle to keep their identities-and hearts-safe.

As Hawk Moth's grow more dangerous and secrets from the past begin to unravel, Melanie and Alan must discover if they have the courage to save Paris... and each other.
