Four cats had walked into the clearing Riverclan called home. Three of them were kits, but they were the age and size of apprentices. They were named Hawk, Moth, and Birch; the three siblings found themselves being adopted by the clan as their mother started to estrange herself from them. Birch was the only one to take any advice she had in mind.
