This is the reason why I already stopped writing. I was unable to talk about this matter, but this platform made me think that I should share this story.

There are times in our lives that we look for something deliberately and grow tired of the search when it isn't found. Later, we might decide that it doesn't exist or that it is lost beyond the pursuit. But then, one fine day it falls right in to your lap without even calling out for it. And when you have it right there with you, you don't know what exactly you should do with it. That is what happens with love most of the times. It gets found at the most unlikely times in the most unexpected ways. Leaving you confused about how to deal with it. And by the time you figure it out, it might have vanished. I don't know whom I love the most. Spaghetti
In the summer of 2020, as I was bawling my eyes out in the parking lot of a bakery, I opened my notes app on my phone and began to document. I was documenting the times I was unhappy with my partner and wanted to leave. I have no idea what prompted me to do this; maybe I did it as a way to vent, or perhaps to ensure I wouldn't forget. I don't know, but I did. I had no idea what would become of this list. Or that five years later, I would not only still be documenting, but I would have uncovered so much. The lies, the cheating, the stealing, and most importantly, the deception. I have been with my partner for a total of 15 years, making this realization shocking. I was in the process of writing a book about my life as it was, unaware that this list would take over a huge part of the narrative. I was writing a book on how I escaped childhood abuse, and little did I know I went from one abuser to the next. I wanted to share my story so maybe someone else like me won't end up in this situation, but also to answer the age-old question, "Why did she not just leave?" I will release The List, bit by bit, here. The list is raw and typically written when I was in the worst state of my life. It can be hard to read, and if you ever need to step away, please take care of yourself and do so. The List is vital in understanding why I stayed and what thoughts I was having. The List is just the first part; there is a second part that was originally intended to be the main book. I had planned for the main book to have a happy ending. However, that was not the case. Instead of a happy ending, I discovered a nightmare.

Sometimes when your heart breaks... it feels like there is no way to fix it. No matter what you try. All the memories get left behind as something unfinished... But maybe, there is to way to fix it, A second chance. Some way to finish the story you two started writing because it was never the end, but just a part of the story... even if you have to travel far to achieve it. Additional note: This will in no way shape or form be an accurate representation of what it is like to study at Oxford. I don't study there and there is only so much research you can do. Plus if I'd try to keep things 100 % accurate, the story would suffer, and the story itself is not all about Oxford or their studies. "I can't do this anymore; I just can't!" A line said in almost every individual's life. We all at one stage in our life dealt with such pain; where dying is easier then living. But, it's all a rollarcoaster that we have to fight through. I was once a shy, scared and sad little girl and now I'm a confident, compassionate and cheerful young lady. But, I wasn't always like this; at many stages I was extremely depressed. I know this seems like the stereotypical teenager's story but it was something much much more. Give my story a read and lets ride the rollarcoaster together. You never truly know what can impact you the most. It could be a book or even another person. Never close yourself off to be alone because you're shutting yourself from the beautiful world we live in together. Expect the unexpected and always reach for the stars.
