After crossing into the world of Harry Potter as Ron's twin brother, Hoare Weasley awakens the "Pay-to-Win System," which allows him to grow stronger as long as he has Galleons.
Others rely on hard work to study; Hoare relies on Galleons.

As long as he's willing to pay, he can take down Malfoys, Blacks, Lestranges-anyone! With enough money, he could even take a swing at Dumbledore himself.
