"Do they only give compassionate leave to people with compassion?"
"Something like that."
The Holmes parents are dead, Mycroft's not talking, and Molly and Greg are struggling with a grieving Sherlock and a John a year post Mary running away; this couldn't end the same way a Cluedo game does, could it? The victim killing himself.

I Don't Deserve You (A Johnlock Fic)
Why did Sherlock do it? Was he depressed? I know I'm not a genius like him, but surely I would have noticed something like that - After all, I've been in love with the worlds only consulting detective since I first laid eyes on him. After Sherlock commits suicide John is plagued by guilt and regret, he should have noticed if he was depressed, he should have told him he loved him, he just should have done MORE for his best friend. Set after season two, this doesn't follow season three but may contain spoilersConcluida![ruthless fate | [BBC SHERLOCK]](https://img.wattpad.com/cover/341798010-256-k69911.jpg)
ruthless fate | [BBC SHERLOCK]
'Your headteacher cleared her throat, bringing the conversation back to the reason why they were here. "Mr. Holmes and Dr. Watson have been called in to help us with a sensitive matter," she explained. "We can't go into details, but I want to assure you that there is no cause for alarm. They will only be here for a short time, and then they will be on their way." The class murmured in confusion and curiosity, but you couldn't help but feel a sense of unease. What could be so sensitive that they needed the help of Sherlock Holmes and John Watson? Your mind raced with possibilities, but you couldn't come up with any concrete ideas.' The School and the Sociopath {Revised Edition} ~teen!potter!lock~
John and Sherlock are going through their last mandatory year of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry (I added on an extra year for "career study" because I wanted Mycroft and Greg in there, too). There will be angst, fluff, smut, all that fanfic goodness. There will also be explicit sexual situations and references to drug abuse and self harm. If you don't want to read of such things, try one of my lighter works.Concluida
Nothing You Could Do
But there are some things that have to happen, some things fate decides before you get a choice. And then there is nothing you can do. Sherlock is dealing with the turmoils of being a vampire, and he is struggling. John is trying to help, but it's kind of hard, Sherlock being of super-strength and stuff. cover by shadiccted on tumblr :)Concluida
To seek a Great Perhaps - A Sherlock Fanfic
And now, sat in the flat looking at the gun in his hands, feeling it jeer at him, his fingers itch. To feel the release as the bullet tore into him. Would he feel the pain? Or would it be too quick? Hovering between life and death was Sherlock's favourite place, and yet he despised it. His fingers curl against the cold metal and he feels his grip tighten on the trigger. Any second now he would give in to temptation, and all that would be left was brain matter splattered up the walls. Basically Sherlock has an obsession with his own death/wants to die but not really. It's really not as dark as it sounds, honestly. There are references to Suicide, not just Reichenbach, so if that's a trigger maybe don't read this.Concluida
Still The Addict
Sherlock has never believed in love, nor has he ever needed it. That has all changed now. He loves John Watson. He wants John Watson. It burns like fire, like heroin running through his veins. Not a desire. An addiction. Maybe it's just John. Maybe it's that intoxicating touch and empathetic demeanour. Maybe it's the way he cares so much. What makes Sherlock so addicted to John Watson? The man who's never wanted anyone now needs someone. Is it something he'll be able to handle?Concluida
